All content uploaded or downloaded from Kaplaa is bound by the Creative Commons Attribution - Non-Commercial - Share Alike license. For a complete understanding of this license visit: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/ Content found on Kaplaa may not be distributed by similar content sharing websites unless done with attribution of the creator, or with the permission of the content owner (or owners). Kaplaa does not own or claim rights to any content uploaded by it's users.

Registration Compliance:

To be eligible to use our service, you are stating that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these terms of service. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaplaa, and its employees, agents, officers, affiliates, or other partners, and subsidiaries, from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to Kaplaa, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Objectionable Material:

You understand that by using Kaplaa, you may encounter content that may be deemed objectionable, indecent, or offensive, which may or may not be identified as having explicit subject matter. Nevertheless, you agree to use Kaplaa at your sole risk and that Kaplaa shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be objectionable, indecent, or offensive. It may be necessary to procure a model release statement for certain content. If you don't have permission from a performer in any content (audio or visual) to use their likeness, please do not post the material.

Member Conduct:

You understand that all information, data, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("content"), whether privately transmitted, or publicly posted are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. Kaplaa is not responsible for content you upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available via our website or services. You may not upload, transmit, email, post, or otherwise make available any content that: (a) you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. (b) is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, harmful, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable (c) infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party (d) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
